Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all members of the EHrewards Program.
It is the responsibility of all members to read and understand these terms & conditions in full.
Card Terms
• “Member” is a person over 18 years old who has completed an official registration and accepted the Club’s Terms & Conditions
• The Club Card is issued by and remains the property of Eurohotel Group. It is not a credit card and is free of charge
• The Club card and the related offers are not transferable to other persons
• Each card is valid until the member reaches the next level at the loyalty program
• Only the cardholder Member is entitled to the benefits associated with the EHrewards Club
Discounts and Offer Terms
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers from our hotels and partners
• Eurohotel reserves the right to amend, update or change any aspect pertaining to the Benefits’ Club including the Terms & Conditions, at any time in whole or in part without advising Members
• All Benefits, services and amenities are subject to availability and subject to the terms and conditions of each Participating Hotel
• Not all services, amenities and benefits are offered at all Participating Hotels
Collecting Points System
• In order to receive points and benefits, members must present a valid Club Card during the reservation, at the time of check–in and to our Partners businesses’ before ordering a service
• Points will begin to count from the first stay (only for registered members)
• Points will be credited only to one card for each room bill (If two cards in one room, points will be credited to the main name of the reservation)
• Points are only earned by the Member on additional rooms if:
all rooms are reserved and registered in the Member’s name and if the Member pays for all rooms
• Points cannot be credited for visits to a Participating Hotel before the guest completes the EHrewards Club registration process
1 point per night with any card if booking via touristic office
2 points per night with any card if booking directly via our website
1 point per “rent a car” day with our Easy Auto Carrental Company
